Tottenham Hotspur showed genuine signs of that Jose Mourinho grit as they came out on top in the North London Derby earlier this afternoon.
A recent string of poor performances had put the pressure on the Portuguese boss but they bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Arsenal to leapfrog them into eighth, just three points from the league’s top six.
Arsenal took the lead early in the first half as Alexandre Lacazette scored a thunderbolt past Hugo Lloris but it lasted merely three minutes as Heung-min Son dinked an exquisite chip over the visiting goalkeeper.
Toby Alderweireld clinched all three points with a pinpoint header just nine minutes from time with the South Korean forward turning provider.

Lucas Moura had a decent game out wide and many of the Spurs faithful watching from home were left drooling over his display.
Per SofaScore, the 27-year-old recorded a whopping ten tackles, had three successful dribbles and won a massive 16 duels.
Some asked other supporters to put some respected on the £40m-rated winger’s name whilst others called him “excellent” and “amazing”.
Here’s the rest of the reaction…
Put some respect on Lucas’s name man

Lucas Moura btw 👏🏻 He can be so so frustrating, but was excellent today. End product a lot better. Not a bad game to return to form #thfc

Lucas Moura was amazing today. Put in a hard shift, made things happen from that left side, so much better than on the right. Let's appreciate him and what he brings to the team. He isn't a starter but a good option to have. Hard working.
