According to a report from Foot Mercato, Spurs have initiated contact with Wolves striker Raul Jimenez over a move to north London – with the club also asking him to delay his decision until our finances are in order for a potential official bid.
Jimenez, who has racked up 13 goals and assisted six others for Wolves this season, becoming a key player under Nuno Espirito Santo over these last two seasons, could be seen as a potential Harry Kane successor – should the Englishman depart.

A recent exclusive courtesy of calciomercato revealed that Kane ‘wants to leave Tottenham‘ and the likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid, PSG, Juventus and Bayern Munich are rumoured to harbour an interest.

1. Jiminez is under contract until 2023 and unlike twenty odd years ago we don’t have to sell, 2. The fee would be £100m and could rise to £130m upwards, 3. Why would he leave a club on the rise for a smaller club all be it one who finks they are big because they are in landan, 4. He has everything he needs at the Wolves – top coach ( Mourinho is no longer the special one) with a top backroom staff, excellent conditions to play and train in, a top fan base, owners who give the players everything the crave for, 5. He’s stated he’s happy and is not interested in moving.
