Following news that Tottenham Hotspur colossus Eric Dier has been handed a four match ban along with a £40,000 fine for confronting a supporter back in March, many Lilywhites have fumed over the ‘dodgy‘ punishment – taking to Twitter and voicing their concerns.
Dier, who has played every game since the Premier League restart at centre-back, partnering the likes of Davinson Sanchez and Toby Alderweireld during our last few encounters, will now miss all but one of our remaining 2019/2020 league fixtures.
