I would imagine the powers that be at Tottenham Hotspur, with regard to transfers, meet weekly/monthly to update their targets so that at any given time they will have a list of players that are considered more of a priority.
With that in mind and the window now effectively open, wouldn’t this be the time, especially after getting to the Champions League final, to try to bring these players in?
I do not see the advantage of delaying, as has generally been the case in Daniel Levy’s transfer dealings. Get the players in early, so they can settle into the club and so that Poch can get them used to the style of play and get their fitness levels ready for a fast start to the start of the season.
Sure some signings, for whatever reason, may not be able to be pushed through quickly but any that can be has to be considered a great advantage if we can.
