Spurs must be confident they have edge over PL giants in race for £30m deal

|

According to Marca, Manchester United and Spurs are in the race for Barcelona full-back Nelson Semedo this summer.

The Lilywhites have enjoyed a good season so far but it could be a great one if we win the Champions League at the start of next month.

Certainly, we’ve become one of the biggest clubs in the country and though United have the historical heritage and whatnot, who is honestly the more attractive proposition at the moment?

We have the stadium, resources, structure, location, squad, manager, potential and Champions League football to attract anyone pretty much in the world, why would you go to United at the moment?

Surely, in this particular race, Spurs must feel confident that they can get Semedo in with our full-back options likely needing a tweak in the summer.

We’ve got it all to offer now, and we must make sure we put that out on the table when it comes to these battles.
