“Might as well have kept Wimmer and Caulker” – Many Spurs fans rage over “typical Levy” move

According to an exclusive report from 90min, Tottenham are currently in negotiation to sign Beijing Guoan defender Kim Min-jae this summer – but the club and chairman Daniel Levy have apparently already submitted two offers below the £15 million asking price.

Min-jae, who has been on Spurs’ radar over the last month as per 90min, is currently at the centre of discussion between Tottenham and Guoan as we look to come to an agreement – having been at the table since early July.

'When he scored the goal the game finished for him. After that I needed 11 players for my defensive organisation and I had just 10.'

The 6ft 3 colossus, who has been labelled a ‘South Korean Virgil van Dijk‘, certainly holds some promising accolades – including 30 caps for his country at the age of just 23.

Levy and co are allegedly ‘confident’ they can strike a deal to sign the player, but many supporters are furious with the supposed haggling over a £15m fee – claiming that the development is ‘typical‘ of the Tottenham chairman.
