With claims late last week that Tottenham Hotspur are ready to sanction the departure of up to 12 players during next summer’s transfer window as manager Mauricio Pochettino looks to reshape our first team squad with the aim of kicking on further now we’re back in our new White Hart Lane Stadium, a few of the players named were always going to get a disappointing reaction amongst fans.

One player mentioned as part of the rumoured exodus was Moussa Sissoko and whilst he might not be everyone’s cup of tea and he continues to have his moments (the blazed effort against Liverpool recently), he has impressed more often than not in the campaign of 2018/19 in the midfield, putting in plenty of solid displays and for many fans, he was the rightful Man of the Match from the Crystal Palace tie.
Taking to social media to react to the claims that he would be one of the departures, plenty weren’t happy given his overall improvement this year.
