Plenty of Tottenham Hotspur fans have had their say on Kieran Trippier’s reasons for leaving us back in the summer.

Speaking to football.london, he said that leaving Spurs in the summer and going to work for Diego Simeone at Atletico Madrid was a “no-brainer”, and admitted that it was time for a change in his career. Trippier scored just two goals and provided 24 assists in 114 appearances for the club over a period of four seasons, as per TransferMarkt.
