The goalkeeping situation has become a bloated one at Tottenham Hotspur. Hugo Lloris is the club captain and first choice, Paulo Gazzaniga is the second choice and Michel Vorm has been re-signed as the third choice, although young Brandon Austin and Alfie Whiteman are two young up and coming options.
Brandon Austin has joined Danish side Viborg FF on loan until the end of the season, subject to international clearance.

Now, though, those five players have been whittled down to four, until the end of the season at least, as Brandon Austin has made his way out of the club in the January window to sign for Viborg FF in the Danish second division.
The youngster will hopefully get some senior game time and will be able to kick on as a player before coming back to north London stronger and ready to step into the role of the club’s 3rd choice ‘keeper as Vorm’s one-year extension will be up and the opportunity will be there.

The Spurs fans are pleased for Austin and will no doubt be keen to see how he gets on in Denmark for the rest of the season.
