“That is the way to do it” – A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans are thrilled with Tanguy Ndombele after he scored his second goal for the club since he joined from Lyon in the summer.
The French international picked up a pass from Heung-min Son and drove a powerful effort through Angus Gunn.
The 22-year-old then found his teammate Serge Aurier to unveil a celebration mocking VAR.
Last week the Ivorian had a strike disallowed in Spurs’ 2-1 defeat to Leicester City, and Ndombele and Aurier enacted out a perfect recreation of the moment.
This was the high point of Aurier’s afternoon as he was sent off for two yellow card offences.
Ndombele though remained on the pitch and was outstanding for Tottenham deservedly winning Man of the Match.
These Tottenham fans were delighted with Ndombele’s display.
