Against Manchester City, Steven Bergwijn grabbed the headlines for his debut goal, and what a goal it was, but the Dutchman wasn’t the only hero on the day, as Hugo Lloris also massively played his part in the game, making a number of top saves including denying Ilkay Gundogan from 12 yards.

Lloris, fresh back from his elbow injury that had seen him miss three months of football, was making just his second appearances in the Premier League, and he kept just his second clean sheet of the season, making a number of top saves denying Sergio Aguero, Gundogan and Kevin De Bruyne.
It truly was a performance to remember, and if the Frenchman can put in displays like that from now until the end of the season the supporters have got a lot to be excited about, as the race for the top four will be made a lot easier with Lloris at his best.
Should Tottenham replace Hugo Lloris?
