Tottenham fans have come to love Troy Parrott already. The young Irishman has developed quite the reputation for bagging goals galore throughout the Lilywhites’ youth sides, and that was evident in the week as he did so yet again.

Ahead of Tottenham’s Champions League tie with Olympiacos, the two side’s youth teams faced off in a UEFA Youth League clash, and Parrott opened the scoring in a 1-1 draw, leading to loads of fans calling for him to feature in the senior side.
If the young striker is to step up and make his debut anytime soon, Colchester away in the Carabao Cup has to be the game that the club are looking at for him. It would hardly be a surprise to see him start and even score, and it’s what every Tottenham fan apparently wants.
