Gazzetta dello Sport report that Lazio and Spurs will do battle for Liverpool centre-back Dejan Lovren, with the report stating that the Reds have significantly dropped their asking price in the Croatian defender in an attempt to get the former Southampton man off their books in the transfer window.
Although Tottenham are seemingly keen on signing defensive reinforcements, as per The Express’ report, many Spurs fans on social media were raging at yet another link to Lovren, with plenty of supporters believing that the Champions League-winning centre-back would be a poor addition to the squad.
