There are some top quality Tottenham Hotspur journalists in the media in today’s day and age, and one of the very best is Football.London’s Alasdair Gold. Over the weekend, a lot was banded around social media about Mauricio Pochettino, but Gold has come out, addressed the rumour and swiftly discredited it, to the delight of the fans.
[@AlasdairGold] | There is no indication Mauricio Pochettino is looking to leave and no sense of an impending change amongst those within Tottenham Hotspur.
Particularly with the upcoming January transfer window providing an opportunity to put things right at Spurs.#THFC #COYS pic.twitter.com/QN7w6KNqRs

The rumours were that Pochettino and Daniel Levy’s relationship took a turn for the worse over the weekend, with one of the issues supposedly being that they had a tense relationship and it finally met breaking point as Poch stormed out of the club, although this has been proven to be a load of rubbish.
Alasdair Gold’s latest piece for Football.London has rubbished the rumour, and has claimed that there is no indication that Poch is looking to leave, which a lot of the fans have been quick to breathe a sigh of relief after finding out, and they’re keen to see the Argentine stick around for as long as possible.
Is Pochettino still the right man for Tottenham Hotspur?
Yes, absolutely!
No way, Poch out
You can read the Lilywhites’ thoughts on Poch here:
Good news I say but results need to change starting with the London derby game on Saturday. If not then hate to say it he might not be around come January

No matter what happens, there’s no way I’ll blame this man if he leaves, the board is still at fault

The fans are quite clearly behind Pochettino from the tweets above, and will be keen to see him turn a corner at the club this season.
