It would be an understatement to say that Spurs really have it all to play for this weekend when the north London side travel to Merseyside to take on Liverpool.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side have been on a slump this season that arguably started after Tottenham lost to the Reds in last season’s Champions League final, and the Premier League club faces the country’s best-ranked team at the worst possible time despite a 5-0 European win during the week.
As records from h2h show, Spurs have won against Liverpool just once in the Premier League since 2015, yet despite the seemingly overwhelming odds stacked against them, some Tottenham fans on social media remained confident that they could get a result against Jurgen Klopp’s side, who to head into Sunday’s game on the back of a big Champions League win during mid-week.
Here’s what some Tottenham supporters had to say about this weekend’s vital game with Liverpool, where Spurs have a chance to shake-up the Premier League title race with a result…

Spurs fans had the confidence that they could go to Anfield and get a result against the Premier League leaders, who have not lost at home in the league since April 2017…

A win could see Spurs climb up to fifth in the Premier League table should results go their way on the weekend.
