Four Worthy Contenders For Spurs MotM, But There Can Only Be One Winner

|

Although it was again a game Tottenham Hotspur could’ve done without, Thursday night turned into a cracking 90 minutes as manager Jose Mourinho saw his squad put Maccabi Haifa on their knees in a 7-2 victory.

Harry Kane opened the scoring two minutes in and went on to help himself to a hattrick. Giovani Lo Celso picked up a brace on the night with Lucas Moura and Dele Alli also getting on the scoresheet. Steven Bergwijn got a brace of assists and although we didn’t have the game go entirely our way, the final tally could’ve well been higher.

Statistics website Whoscored understandably had great player ratings after that one, but rightly their star man award went to Harry Kane with a maximum 10.00 rating.
