The Lilywhite’s official account tweeted out a reminder of how the Frenchman got on, entering the fray in the 63rd minute before setting up Lucas Moura to bag in the 64th.
The fans will just hope that the ex-Lyon man can have a similar impact over the course of the competitive season, although if he does they may run out of superlatives for him.
