Tottenham fans are absolutely desperate for some business to be conducted. The Lilywhites want new players and they want them now, however, they want the right type of players to brought on, and as the club have been linked with a £10m striker from Ligue 1, they’re not best pleased.
[@TEAMtalk]| Tottenham Hotspur are extensively scouting Metz striker Habib Diallo ahead of the proposed January transfer window opening.
Diallo has scored 8 goals in 13 league appearances and it’s believed an offer in the region of £10m would now tempt Metz to sell.#THFC #COYS pic.twitter.com/F3AKwd1d36

The player in question is FC Metz’s young Senegalese hit-man Habib Diallo. The 24-year-old has bagged himself an impressive eight goals in 13 games in the French top flight this season (Transfermarkt), and now he’s being linked with a £10m move by TEAMtalk.
Whilst the Lilywhites will not want to publicly slate Diallo as the majority have not seen the player in action, they’re not interested in signing up a striker seeing as they already have the fantastic Harry Kane and the young Troy Parrott who will soon step in, although it also doesn’t help that Spurs have bought cheap from France before and been burnt with moves for the likes of Clinton N’Jie and Georges-Kevin N’Koudou.
Will Tottenham be active in the January window?
Yes! We have to be!
No! Daniel Levy won't spend

10 mil will tempt them to sell……levy will offer 3 mil.

The Lilywhites have got a lot they need to do to get back into the top four, and whilst the fans don’t want to see Diallo sign if he does they’ll have to hope he can get them back on track.
