Tottenham’s stream of quality youth players only seem to be getting better, and last night they pulled off an upset in the FA Youth Cup.

Spurs’ U-18 side, inspired by Troy Parrott, claimed an impressive 4-2 win against Liverpool, knocking out the reigning holders of the competition with the Tottenham striker scoring a brace to ensure the north London side progress in the tournament.

It was an impressive win for Spurs, and plenty of Tottenham fans on social media were delighted to see the club’s U-18 side not only pick up a fantastic win in a prestigious cup competition, but to also see the north London youngsters knock out the reigning holders in Liverpool, who last year beat Manchester City in the final.
