Teams: Fulham vs Spurs

|

Tottenham Hotspur face a trip to Craven Cottage to take on Fulham, with kick-off delayed to 8:15 PM BST in West London due to local travel restrictions.

Antonio Conte has made no changes to Spurs’ line-up from Thursday’s defeat at the Etihad to Manchester City. Ivan Perisic retains his place in the team despite his shocker against City, as does Hugo Lloris. Spurs fans will be glad to see that Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentancur, who plays for the first time since November’s victory over Leeds.

Harry Kane also retains his place up front and will be looking to continue his respectable recent record in this fixture and match Jimmy Greaves as Spurs’ record goalscorer by scoring today. If – and it’s a big if – he bags a double today, he’ll eclipse Greaves’ record haul of 266 goals for the Lilywhites.

For Fulham, Antonee Robinson returns from suspension to replace Layvin Kurzawa in Fulham’s only change from last weekend’s defeat at Newcastle.

Fulham XI: Leno, Tete, Diop, Ream, Robinson, Palhinha, Reed, Willian, Pereira, De Cordova-Reid, Mitrovic.

Subs: Rodak, Kurzawa, Adarabioyo, Wilson, Cairney, Solomon, Chalobah, James, Vinicius.

Spurs XI: Lloris; Royal, Romero, Dier, Davies, Perisisc; Bentancur, Hojbjerg; Kulusevski, Kane, Son.

Subs: Forster, Doherty, Skipp, Sanchez, Richarlison, Sessegnon, Tanganga, Lenglet, Bissouma.

Boring team/lineup, boring bench, boring coach/manager. Time for a clear out and complete change.
We need an attacking, modern coach and a clear out of Doherty, Sessegnon, Emerson Royal, Tanganga, etc. All not even Championship quality.

Wow, ww. a comment on the site. can the site come back from the dead?
what do you think of the Tuchel replacing Conte rumours making the rounds?
A wee bit harsh–the lads you mention are Championship quality, they’re far from CL quality.

    good to see ya!

You too TK. Tuchel would be ok but we need Poch back and clear out of the mediocre players I have mentioned. Looks as though Levy is keeping his wallet tightly closed.
So disappointed that we have no youngsters of any worth not that Conte would give them a chance.
Where is Spence, Harvey White, Pape Sarr, Alfie Devine…
Far better than most of the dreary bench.

A win. But oh so dull and boring.
