With plenty of talk in recent times about possible early returns for influential Tottenham Hotspur duo Harry Kane and Dele Alli, this week we have been handed potential return dates for pair.
Physio Room are usually pretty reliable when it comes to injuries and the expected timescales for a return, and after all the talk Kane time of writing is said to be only four days away from a return to action – so back by Saturday.
You wouldn’t expect him to be thrown straight back in without a friendly being arranged or an Under 23 outing, but even if it means come the weekend he’s back in full training that’s obviously good news from our point of view.
Alli is said to be a little further away but he’s expected to be back by March 2, but again the same caveats for a first team return apply.
Having more than admirably coped without them, it will still be a massive boost for the squad as we look to improve our season further in 2018/19.
