You would’ve thought Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane had started the season poorly given the thoughts of pundits Stuart Pearce and Tony Adams as they both expressed ‘concern’ at his form earlier this week.
KANE FORM 'A CONCERN'
He won the Golden Boot at the World Cup and has broken his August duck – but Harry Kane's form is still a "concern", says Stuart Pearce.

The 25-year-old striker won the Golden Boot over the summer given his exploits with England at the Russian World Cup as he finished as top scorer, and August saw him make his most successful start to a season as a senior player as he found the net twice in four matches for us – notwithstanding the fact that he broke his August duck by finding the back of the net, to begin with.
Okay, he had a poor individual performance in the defeat to Watford last weekend, but who didn’t, and given he’s been flat out for the past few years and rarely misses a match unless he’s absolutely forced to, the criticism feels a bit cheap really and in fairness in Pearce’s full quotes there are some comments I agree with in terms of getting him some help.
He scored 2 goals in 4 this season I think he’s doing alright

He's tired!
— Johnson Fad (@fadson05) September 5, 2018
Nope, he's tired. Spurs haven't given him time off like United did for Lukaku or Chelsea with Hazard.

He needs a break. This guy has been ditching out goals for 3 years now. We should expect him to break down sometime really. Aguero, Van Persie, & the rest went through times like this. Still Harry Kane is a prolific striker.

Yeah maybe he’s form has dipped, but if my life depended on scoring the only chance created in a game of football I know who I’d want on the end of it.

Any other season, he would of won the golden boot three times in a row

Pearce and Adams. How are they still getting paid for their opinions. Good players. Awful managers/pundits.

Pains me to say this as an Arsenal fan.. but Kane is arguably the best out & out striker in the world. What more does he have to do to get the respect he deserves? Every year he's Consistent. Always turns up in big games. #WorldClass

Harry Kane is also human, he’s entitled to an off game or two, absolute nonsense from Stuart Pearce!
— Edward Thomas (@EdwardTMiller) September 6, 2018
Normally doesn’t start scoring until around October but apparently out of form after already getting a couple and assists ????

As the above Tweets show, it wasn’t just Spurs fans who had objections which is good to see.
