Ridiculous Report Makes Wild Pochettino Claims

|

As I said only yesterday, once Massimiliano Allegri’s departure from Juventus was confirmed, it was always only going to be a matter of time before Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino became a show in as their new gaffer.

Those reports, entirely predictably, arrived and outlet Tuttomercatoweb have excelled themselves and surpassed our own Sun and Daily Mail this week by stating that Juventus have been holding talks with Poch since before our second leg Champions League Semi-Final victory over Dutch giants Ajax.

Furthermore, they state that our Argentine gaffer will seek talks with Daniel Levy and request that he’s allowed to break his contract for free with no compensation required to move to the Italian Champions – and he’ll ask for that irrespective of whether we win the Champions League or not.

I’m not sure this one needs any additional commentary short of saying have they heard of Daniel Levy, and have they even heard of Poch, as he’s just not that kind of character for me.
