“Good, he’s awful” – A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans are reacting to the news that Dele Alli will not be in the next England squad.
Gareth Southgate announced his England team yesterday, and the 23-year-old has missed out.
This is another setback for a player who appears to be getting worse with age and not better.
Alli was involved in Tottenham’s 7-2 humiliation by Bayern Munich and looked a shadow of his former self – as he made no impact on the game.
Alli will now have to watch his England teammates from home as he looks to rediscover the form that once made him such a good player.
These Spurs fans are pleased Alli was not included in the latest England squad.

Many Spurs fans believe that Alli is not good enough for the England squad anymore.
Completely understandable. He needs to find some form.
