“How much time does he need” – A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans cannot believe what Mauricio Pochettino said after Spurs lost on penalties to Colchester United.
The Tottenham manager has claimed that it may take until the January transfer window to fix this current situation. This seems odd because there are still three months till January – so are Spurs just not going accept defeat until then?
Pochettino either doesn’t have a plan or he is trying to make a statement to Daniel Levy to get him to invest.
Last night Spurs played Victor Wanyama and Paul Hawksbee on talkSPORT suggested that this could be Pochettino making a point to Levy.
Either way the Carabao Cup was a good chance to win some silverware, but Tottenham were disjointed and deservedly lost to Colchester.
