Match Thread – Time To Poch Over The Hammers As Games Run Out For Spurs

|

Having taken a midweek victory over Brighton and Hove Albion, Tottenham Hotspur are now preparing for a London encounter with West Ham United this coming Saturday.

The early Premier League kickoff sees Manuel Pelligrini’s side head for the first time to our new White Hart Lane Stadium but there are another massive three points up for grabs and not just bragging rights, and depending on results elsewhere, manager Mauricio Pochettino could see his side take a bigger advantage in third place given the layout of the top flight table.

Unless I’ve missed any fresh injury concerns, it’s likely to be the same group of players as Tuesday evening as I certainly don’t think we are expecting anyone back this quick, so that may mean an additional outing for long forgotten Vincent Jansson, but given the opposition and how key the result could be to our season, this wouldn’t be one for me where Poch may punt on a Troy Parrott as a truly fresh face.

We’ll have to see though, as there will be half an eye on next week’s Champions League semi-final first leg with Ajax, we just don’t know how much of an eye.
