Tottenham Hotspur legend Jurgen Klinsmann is one of five manager’s on the shortlist to take over as the boss of the United States national team.
Klinsmann left his post as manager of the German team after the World Cup this year and the former Spurs striker who resides in the United States could succeed Bruce Arena who did not have his contract renewed in the summer.
‘Jurgen brings some very positive qualities to the possibility of coaching the national team,’ US Soccer Federation president Sunil Gulati said.
