A total of 30 police officers and three police horses were injured the last time Tottenham Hotspur played Millwall – could we expect something similar on Sunday?
The last outing was 16 years ago when both teams played one another in a pre-season friendly, but life and society has moved on in the intervening years. Hasn’t it?

(ITK) In the know
Sunday’s FA Cup quarter-final match has been moved to a 2pm kick off in an effort to curtail pre-match drinking.
Tottenham initially only provided Millwall with a match-day ticket allocation of 2,800 ? a significant reduction on the maximum 15% (4,750) allowance it could have granted. Millwall FC appealed the original decision and won their argument. Their allocation has been boosted to 3,681 tickets.
The Lions have sold out their entire ticket allocation.
Millwall booked their place in the FA Cup quarter-final after victory against current Premier League champions Leicester City. Leicester FC, though, filed a complaint to the FA over the ‘abuse, provocation and intimidation’ its fans suffered from Millwall fans.
Fans of Chelsea and Millwall rated worst in London
While Londoners have the worst impression of Millwall’s fans (7% positive, 45% negative), Chelsea fans are now only slightly behind (13% positive and 43% negative).

Michael is the well-known American ring announcer for boxing and professional wrestling matches and he’s known for his trademarked catchphrase, ‘Let’s get ready to rumble!’
I hear the 72-year-old is on standby should the need arise.
On a serious note…
Personally, I hope the day goes off without ANY incident.
