“I’m heartbroken” – A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans cannot believe the news that their captain Hugo Lloris will be out until 2020 after he suffered a dislocated elbow in his team’s 3-0 defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion.
The Frenchman suffered a horrific fall and was stretchered off the field and taken straight to hospital.
Scans revealed that he had not suffered a fracture, and it was hoped he might recover quickly.
However, a further update was provided on Monday, and it was revealed that though he does not require surgery, Lloris will not be back in training until January at the earliest.
This latest news has not gone down well on Twitter with many Spurs fans.
