The Cock Looks To Crow At Carrow – Spurs Aim For Back To Back Wins Again – Match Thread

|

Having got back to winning ways in a not quite comfortable Boxing Day clash with Brighton and Hove Albion, it was another quick turnaround in the Premier League fixture list for Tottenham Hotspur as we prepare for our trip to Carrow Road to face struggling Norwich City.

It’s likely to be the same pack of players for manager Jose Mourinho, although summer signing Tanguy Ndombele’s involvement is up in the air after our gaffer confirmed he’d asked to be left out of our last clash, but injury wasn’t the problem, it seems he simply wanted to train longer and improve his conditioning.

Whatever squad is ultimately selected though, and with no disrespect meant to Norwich as they play good football and will pose problems, we should again be looking at our own performance with an expectation of taking all three points to edge ourselves closer to Chelsea in fourth spot.

As ever, with some good results under Mourinho so far, not necessarily with the performances to match, we have to wait and see what Spurs side turns up for this one.
