Team News: Preston vs Spurs

|

Tottenham Hotspur travel to Deepdale tomorrow evening to take on Preston North End in the fourth round of the FA Cup in a match live on BBC for those not making the trip to Lancashire, with the game kicking off at 6 PM BST. Read some of assistant manager Cristian Stellini’s comments ahead of the match here, the pick of the stats going into the match here, or have your say on the match on the Vital Spurs fan forum here.

As confirmed by Cristian Stellini, Spurs will be able to call on Arnaut Danjuma following his signing from Villareal, but Harry Kane is a doubt due to illness. There are no other injury concerns for the visitors, and while Lucas Moura returned to action in the Under-21s’ victory over Arsenal tonight, the match tomorrow comes too soon for the Brazilian winger.

The hosts will be without Troy Parrott tomorrow due to the terms of his loan against his parent club, with new loan signing from Man City Liam Delap also ineligible as he featured in the previous round of the cup for Stoke City before his loan spell with the Potters was cut short.

The Lancashire Lilywhites will, however, be able to call upon duo Ben Whiteman and Brad Potts, who returned to training ahead of the match this week.
