Yet another player has been linked to a move to White Hart Lane. This time a promising 19-year-old midfielder from Scottish Bells Division One club Clyde.
Craig Bryson was said to have ‘played Roy Keane off the park’ in the shock 2-1 victory over Scottish giants Celtic in the Scottish Cup and their manager has admitted he ‘deserves to be playing at a higher level’.
Former Spurs player and now Clyde manager Graham Roberts said:
‘We’ll have to wait and see what happens…..Through friends down south, I know Tottenham and other clubs are watching him. The boy deserves to go to a higher level. He’s been playing exceptionally well in recent weeks, getting better with every game.’
Celtic are also said to be interested in the player and fellow Premiership outfit Aston Villa have also sent their scouts to watch the exciting young talent.
