With the European Championships finished and pre-season underway, Spurs‘ Sporting Director Fabio Paratici is hard at work identifying players which could be permanently moved on to raise funds for potential transfers.
However, there are also a number of young players who will be sent on-loan to continue their development with the promise of regular game time at senior level, and some of these deals can be completed very soon.
So which players could plausibly leave as soon as the end of this week?
Jack Clarke – Loan
🚨 | Nottingham Forest remain keen on the signing of Jack Clarke 🏴 on loan from #Tottenham [@TheAthletic]
— The Spurs Express (@TheSpursExpress) July 13, 2021
Nottingham Forest have shown plenty of interest in former Leeds United starlet Jack Clarke over the last week, with a loan move from Spurs looking imminent after a number of failed ones since his move to North London.
While any loan fee or wages covered will be minimal, the likelihood of regular first team football for Clarke will be most important for Nuno, who will be hoping to see major development from the 20-year-old who cost the club £10 million.
Cameron Carter-Vickers – £5 million
🗞[@FootyInsider247] | Newcastle United are now the new frontrunners in the race to sign Spurs defender Cameron Carter-Vickers.

USA international Cameron Carter-Vickers looks set for a permanent exit from the club this summer, with Newcastle looking like the most likely destination for the centre-back and a transfer on the verge of being completed.
While it’s a shame to see the one time exciting prospect leave the club when he was expected to be a starter for the club around about this time, but thankfully after a very successful loan-spell at Luton Town and then Bournemouth, a generous fee of £5 million will be fair and Premier League football will be on the table for the defender.
Moussa Sissoko – £10 million
🚨| Napoli could revive their interest in #Tottenham midfielder Moussa Sissoko 🇫🇷 Napoli were said to have cooled their interest, however Sissoko could be a ‘goal’ for the Italian club [@DiMarzio via @Napoli_Report] pic.twitter.com/1360hf3iOC

A transfer away from North London didn’t look so near for France international Moussa Sissoko, but with Napoli reportedly reigniting their interest, we expect negotiations to start this week or at the beginning of next.
The midfielder would be available for £10 million, and thankfully with his high salary, the wage budget will have a lot of pressure lifted off it and combined with the sale of Carter-Vickers, the transfer fees will almost fund the signing of Japanese defender Takehiro Tomiyasu, who could also officially join in the next week.
Troy Parrott – Loan

Ireland international Troy Parrott looks set for another loan move away from North London, hopefully to a Championship team who will provide him with the platform to develop and succeed.
There are reportedly many teams interested in bringing him to their club temporarily, and we expect this story to develop quite rapidly over the next week or so.
