Another of the stories on the summer transfer rumour mill concerned Tottenham Hotspur that simply won’t go away is links with Fulham youngster Ryan Sessegnon.
The 18-year-old highly rated talent excelled in their Championship promotion winning campaign in the season of 2017/18, but he struggled – as did Fulham – in their first year back in the Premier League and speculation about his future kicked into an even higher gear as relegation was confirmed.
Liking the Sessegnon to Spurs shout. With a vibrant, young dressing room around him, lad could fly in several positions.
Tough this season with the billing he got last, plus the huge turnover of players at Fulham.

Sessegnon himself has made no secret of the fact he wants Premier League football as his contract heads towards expiry, but a report from the Evening Standard claims we are in pole position as given the clubs linked – Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus – as he wants to stay in London rather than moving further afield.
With manager Mauricio Pochettino known for developing players, that’s also a feather in our cap, but the report does claim that we won’t likely make a ‘formal approach’ until after the Champions League Final against Liverpool.
