Tottenham’s 18 year old forward Jon Obika has once again joined Yeovil Town on loan to link up with the club’s other young starlets already there in Steven Caulker and Ryan Mason.
Obika had two months at Yeovil at the end of last season where he grabbed a very healthy 4 goals from 10 appearances for the club.
With reserve team football no longer an option, and four Premiership strikers in front of him, this would seem a sensible move in an effort to help further his career.
Let’s hope the boy gets the necessary competitive game time to allow him to sharpen his shooting boots for when he returns to the Lane.The length of the loan period is believed to be for 3 months.
