UEFA have released their latest coefficient rankings and what they show is that Tottenham Hotspur is a club growing in stature.
The club have risen from 17th to 12th, and in the process, they have surpassed Chelsea.

The rankings system also decides how much revenue a club gets from UEFA – so this is also good for Tottenham financially as well as for future success in the competition.
Tottenham have not only passed Chelsea but also Borussia Dortmund and Roma, and it shows that the club is becoming a real presence in Europe.
This season will be Spurs’ third consecutive season in Europe’s premier competition, and the club is now becoming a stable part of the tournament.
UEFA have recognised the importance of Spurs to the competition and have rewarded them fairly.
