Tottenham Hotspur has confirmed that their postponed Women’s team’s fixture against Everton F.C. Women at Brisbane Road will now take place in a fortnight on Wednesday December 14th, with a kick-off time at 7 PM KO.
This match was initially due to take place several weeks ago on November 6th, but was postponed due to a water-logged pitch at Leyton Orient’s stadium, which will serve as the ladies’ team’s home until after the new year.
Indeed, Rehanne Skinner will be hoping to turn the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium into a fortress for her side, and it was just announced last week that another postponed fixture from earlier on against season – the home match against Manchester United – would take place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday February 11th 2023, with a kick-off time of 12 PM BST.
The match was initially due to be the season curtain raiser for Skinner’s Spurs, but like the men’s match at Manchester City, was postponed due to the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
