Tottenham announced their fixture list for the 2019/20 season and some supporters took to social media to share their delight that Spurs’ opening game is at home for the first time since 2010.
Many are happy with the first North London derby coming in August while others are pleased with the teams’ run-in – Arsenal are the only top-six side Spurs will face in April and May.

Tottenham’s first match of the campaign is against newcomers Aston Villa (home) on August 10 and they’ll see the season out against Crystal Palace (away) on May 17.
In August 2019, Mauricio Pochettino’s side host Villa (Aug 10), travel to face Manchester City (Aug 17), host Newcastle United (Aug 24) and travel to Arsenal (Aug 31) – the second North London derby will be on April 25 at the new stadium.

Spurs will be on the South Coast around the Christmas period, locking horns with Brighton & Hove Albion (home) on Boxing Day and traveling to Southampton on New Year’s Day.
The international weekends begin on September 7, October 12, November 16 and March 28.
In May 2020, Tottenham travel to Newcastle (May 2), host Leicester City (May 9) and travel to Crystal Palace (May 17).
