With the January transfer window now open, the rumour mill has gone into overdrive when it comes to speculated transfer targets for Tottenham Hotspur and manager Mauricio Pochettino, and a certain lad at Hull City does tick all the right boxes.
Highly rated winger Jarrod Bowen has been in very good form for Hull in 2018/19 as the 22-year-old has scored eleven times in 26 appearances for the club, taking his tally since his debut for the club to 26 goals in 79 showings.
Sky Sports credit us with an interest in him and they state that we’ve sent scouts to watch him in recent matches – but we aren’t alone in keeping an eye on him.
With Hull reportedly under no pressure to sell, they suggest a deal would need at least an offer of £20million to tempt their hand.
Given Pochettino’s preference it seems, to work with and nurture talent through, I can certainly see that we’d have an interest but whether that would turn into an offer at this stage, I’m not so sure.
