The summer transfer window might be some time away, yet it is becoming quickly apparent that Jose Mourinho’s main goal for the off-season will be to spend big on Tottenham’s defence.

The Express reported this week that the Portuguese manager will be looking to spend £120m on a new backline for Spurs with the north London club having one of the worst defensive records in the Premier League this season, and according to The Express, Norwich City youngsters Max Aarons and Ben Godfrey have been identified as targets for Tottenham, with the duo valued at a combined fee of £50m.
