I’ve deliberately been offline for around 10 days while soaking up the late Mediterranean summer sun. But, while I’ve been away what exactly did I miss?
The following is not in time and date order:
FAN CAM: Everton 0-3 Tottenham Hotspur – Kane and Eriksen Goals
Leaving the Mrs to catch up with some therapy shopping I managed to convince the love of my life to allow me a couple of hours to pop into a taverna, sip the local brew while at the same time watch the game, live on beIN Sports. Andy Gray and Richard Keys, formerly of Sky Sports certainly look fat and old these days!
The bar was also showing the other Premier League 3pm UK time kick offs but little old me and three other Spurs fans, (who I found lurking in the shadows) managed to convince the manager to show the game via their main and HUGE TV screen. Seven large beers later the four of us certainly ended up entertaining a busy bar. Cheers Andy, Chris and Simon for calming Mrs Tino down especially when, at the final whistle I was doing something (felt okay at the time) weird with a bar stool (coughs!!!!). You had to have seen it to understand. Catch up this time next year, same place guys?
