“One of my favourite goals ever” – A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans remember the moment Dele Alli scored a world-class goal at Selhurst Park.
Ahead of Spurs’ match with Palace on Saturday the official Twitter account released a video of Alli’s sublime goal in 2016.
Picking up a knockdown from Christian Eriksen Alli flicked the ball over Mile Jedinak and in the same motion smacked the ball past Wayne Hennessey from about 25-yards out.
It was a superb goal by Alli and deservedly won Goal of the Season.
These Tottenham fans are hoping for similar from the 23-year-old on Saturday.
See the best of the reaction below.
It wouldn't be Spurs v Palace without reliving this goal…

Miss the old Dele Ali , he’s changed alot ever since he matured. This season will tell if he’s back to his old ways or never.

Other Tottenham supporters are unhappy at Alli’s recent performances and want more from their midfielder.
Certainly, that goal was a sublime piece of individual skill, but in recent years it does feel like Alli has stagnated.
