Seven years ago today, Tottenham fans faced a trip to the former West Ham stadium Upton Park on a Monday evening. A win would send them 3rd in the Premier League table, and Gareth Bale was in inspired form as he made it happen, scoring an incredible goal from range to make it 3-2 late on.
What a way to win it.

The Welshman made many amazing memories in north London and this famous goal against the Hammers is possibly the best he ever scored for the club before his move at the end of that season, and it’s still a strike that is fondly remembered by the fans.
Seeing this goal again will have given fans mixed feelings, though. Looking back at the wonderful goal is obviously something the fans have loved, but the current Spurs side is so far away from playing with the attacking verve that Bale is famed for, something many supporters have picked up on.
Should Jose Mourinho bring Gareth Bale home?
Yes
No
