Tottenham Hotspur face Fulham this weekend in Sunday’s late Premier League kickoff and manager Mauricio Pochettino has been holding his pre-game press conference today and injuries are a hot topic.
With Son Heung-Min away on international duty, we already had a fairly lengthy injury list prior to Harry Kane and Moussa Sissoko picking up issues in our last match. With Kane out until mid-March time, there was at least a small boost for our 29-year-old midfielder, as it’s believed he’ll only be sidelined for the next fortnight.
As he met with the media earlier today, Pochettino explained that it was a groin injury but the news was far better than the feared one month or more lay off that had been speculated.

In other injury news, Eric Dier was now back in full training after his appendicitis and there’s also been progress for Lucas Moura and Victor Wanyama who were described respectively as commencing ‘on-field rehabilitation’ and reintegrating ‘into training’.
Get well soon Mo we will miss you
