“Massive phoney”” – So many Spurs fans slam “complete donkey” who’s “worse than Lamela”

Tottenham Hotspur built on Friday’s draw with a victory in just their second game back to Premier League action.

Jose Mourinho’s side beat local rivals West Ham 2-0 in north London to move to within one point of the top five. The game’s first goal came by way of the visitors sticking one in their own net.

Giovani Lo Celso swung in a corner which eventually deflected off Hammers midfielder Tomas Soucek just after the hour mark. Harry Kane then doubled the advantage eight minutes from time.

Erik Lamela

Lucas Moura

Per SofaScore, the Brazilian winger actually had a pretty decent game, managing two attempts at goal, three successful dribbles and won 60% of his duels on the ground. He also only lost possession six times, which was far less than the likes of Giovani Lo Celso and Dele Alli.

Maura was destroyed by being benched in the final (how did that go).
he has never been given any reason to think he is Valued.
when i think of how many (full) games Lamela has had , the comparison is weird.
Players can be fragile and need to feel wanted .
he has the obvious talent as a 10 , not a winger.
