The Danish playmaker was photographed in Italy after flying into the country this morning to complete a move to Inter Milan, with The Daily Mail reporting that Tottenham agreed a £17.5m move for the 27-year-old midfielder who has been linked with a departure from north London for the best part of 18 months.
Eriksen’s saga has been an all-consuming debate for Spurs supporters, and some on social media were just happy to see the drama come to an end after months of talk from the media about the future of the Tottenham star.
Here’s what a few Spurs supporters had to say on social media about Eriksen landing in Italy to complete his move to Inter…
We can’t deny he was class for us and was our KDB, but he hasn’t been good enough the past 18 months. Time to move on

Eriksen was uninvolved with last weekend’s FA Cup clash against Southampton, a fixture in which Spurs were held to a draw from their Premier League rivals.
