Three Game Ban For Cardiff Man – Probably The Fault Of Spurs Striker As Well

|

Tottenham Hotspur fans will be pleased to know that rent-a-quote Cardiff City manager Neil Warnock did in fact (and quite bizarrely) send an appeal to the Football Association over the straight red card shown to midfielder Joe Ralls for his disgraceful and cynical tackle on Lucas Moura in our recent game.

The ‘very soft’ sending off according to the serially never to blame manager whilst his players kick lumps out of everyone else, yet they don’t get the luck from match officials, now sees the 24-year-old suffer a three-game ban for his childish antics and for his own career, he needs to learn from it.

We all know what happened to dinosaurs and football has moved on and a manager of Warnock’s ilk may occasionally get teams into the top flight, but it’s highly unlikely he’ll keep them there.

Not something I’d normally cover on Vital Spurs, but the right ending to a sorry saga but I guess I can check in online later today and he’ll be bleating that England’s golden boy Harry Kane should’ve been investigated for his own actions rather than an unfair upholding of the referee’s correct decision on the day – or something equally blathering.

Incidentally, claiming that Kane effectively succeeded in getting Ralls sent off, why is that not bring the game into disrepute?
