It appears Spurs have the option to sign Egyptian striker Mido for 4.5million Euros when his current loan deal runs out. Mido signed in the January transfer window on a two year deal from Roma. The contract reportedly contains an option to sign and Mido believes the club might take that option and bring him to the club on a permanent basis.

Spurs have been linked to 28 year old Italian superstar striker Alessandro del Piero of Juventus. Arsenal have also been linked.

Railway lines from Liverpool Street right through to Enfield Town is closed on Saturday for repair work meaning White Hart Lane and Bruce Grove are closed. Alternative bus services will be available.
