One of the regular stories on the summer transfer rumour mill for Tottenham Hotspur fans are links with apparent long term target Tanguy Ndombele and earlier this month there were even suggestions that we had already agreed terms with the 22-year-old defensive minded midfielder – but were yet to actually agree a fee with French club Lyon for his services.
The claim as covered above, also suggested that Juventus were another side to have reached agreement on personal terms for the highly rated French international, and the expectation was we’d now put in a sizeable offer to try and steal a march for his services.
According to the following Tweet it appears we haven’t yet lodged our offer and Juventus continue to wait on what kind of move we make.
Juventus were hoping for a clear run at Tanguy Ndombele but now fear United and Tottenham are going to throw big money at him. Both teams should probably do exactly that!

I’m not sure how clear a run Juventus were expecting given all the speculation linking us with the player, but again plenty feel he’s the ideal replacement for Moussa Dembele, so we continue to wait to find out if there’s anything actually to this story.
