This week has seen the rumour mill link Tottenham Hotspur with Fulham’s brotherly duo of Ryan and Steven Sessegnon.
Reports have claimed that manager Mauricio Pochettino has identified the pair as potential for the future, and in Ryan’s case it’s obvious as to why he’d fit in with the gaffer’s home grown approach to life at the club.
The 18-year-old was a key part of Fulham’s promotion drive from the Championship last season, racking up 15 goals and six assists across the second tier campaign and he won plenty of plaudits for his performances. Stepping up to the Premier League, he has struggled this year and has found himself in an out of the side, but he’s shown his class on occasions despite their struggles.
Twin brother Steven, is also highly rated, but he’s yet to make his top flight bow for them.
With it looking likely that Fulham will suffer the drop this year, they are interesting prospects and the report claims £20million may be enough to get both of them.
I certainly wouldn’t be against this deal coming off.
